These special rates are supplied only in conjunction with your accommodation booking and are bookable online only.

You must add your accommodation booking reference after your name on the ‘Contact Details’ section of the ‘Booking Details’ page, as per example below

Failure to add your accommodation booking reference number or show proof of your accommodation booking that entitles you to these special rates may result in their withdrawal and fees payable prior to travel.

Where ‘special rates’ are selected in the booking the fare terms associated will be that of ‘Saver Fares’; For terms pertaining to fare types selected (i.e. Saver or Flexi), please see Private Vehicle Fares & Tickets

Amendments and Cancellations where possible should be made online. Where amendments are not available online, these should be done by calling our Contact Centre.

We suggest calling our Contact Centre prior to or immediately post making the booking, as appropriate, to seek advice regarding any required special assistance.

Though optional we highly recommend adding your mobile phone number to allow us to contact you in the event of changes to your booking (this will not be used for Marketing purposes).

We also highly recommend creating an account or logging in to your account to enable you to view and amend your booking online.

Please note that you are responsible for, and we highly recommend obtaining adequate travel insurance.
