Taking place from 1-23 December 2013, the Island’s first Christmas market will see a wide range of arts, crafts and unique gifts on sale against the backdrop of the beautiful Island countryside. What’s more, Red Funnel Isle of Wight Ferries is offering return Red Jet foot passenger travel for just £10 for adults and £5 for children*. This price also includes return bus travel on the Island directly to the site of the market – making the Christmas shopping experience even easier!
Along with the abundance of beautiful wooden cabins selling all that’s needed to line a stocking, there will be a Dickensian High Street, Father Christmas’ Grotto, traditional hog roasts, live music from the bandstand, hot chocolate vendors and an ice rink; a fun day out for all the family.
Exhibitions include Sculptured Glass, Care in the Garden, Cakes for Occasions, Oil of Wight and the ever-tasty Waffle...licious.
