Jonathan Green, Red Funnel’s marketing and communications director commented “The Isle of Wight is a beautiful place to spend Christmas or New Year with friends or family. There is still time to book an idyllic rural hideaway or a cosy hotel and we’ve made travelling even easier by adding 20% more sailings to our festive timetable between Southampton and East Cowes.

Onboard, customers will encounter a range of Christmas touches on the vehicle ferries to get them in the festive spirit. There’s a Christmas shop, offering Garlic Farm gift packs, Isle of Wight ales, gift wrapped teddy bears and lots more.
