What's On
Spring camping is when the birds are the loudest, and all the flowers come to bloom. Kick-start the season in style over the Early May Bank Holiday weekend!
Enjoy a relaxed weekend of camping with friends, family and fellow vanlife enthusiasts for up to 3 nights as preferred over the Early May Bank Holiday weekend, 1-4 May 2026.
There will be a range of hot food offerings on-site for breakfast and dinner, plus hot and cold drink selection.
Everyone’s welcome (including non-VW camping), whether you have a campervan, caravan, motorhome, tent, or TentBox. Club camping also available.
Advance purchase tickets are available for the absolute bargain price of £30* for up to 3 nights camping, up to 4 people per pitch. One ticket per pitch, not per person!
The price will increase on the gate (subject to availability) so early booking is highly recommended.
Camp-out ticket holders may arrive any time from 3pm Friday, 1st May and are free to make the most of the long weekend by staying right through until Bank Holiday Monday.
Taking place at the picturesque Retro Staycations Campsite and Glamping Retreat in Ryde, voted Best Campsite in the Isle of Wight Tourism Awards 2025, the weekend will be full of family fun and is not only great value for up to 3 nights camping, but a lovely way to chill out and enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend.
