Trade/Agent amend/cancel bookings affected by industrial action

If your Trade/Agent booking has been affected by our recently announced industrial action, and you need to make changes, please complete the form at the foot of this page.

Please note: if you are requesting to cancel your booking it is your responsibility to ensure the appropriate cancellation/alternative action has been requested with your accommodation provider. If you are travelling within the next 48 hours, please contact your accommodation provider and request they contact us directly.

For all Travel amends/cancellations:

•    No amendment fees will be charged on amended travel times
•    There are no cancellation fees for cancelled bookings
•    We are also waiving any costs associated with fare differences

Our team will be happy to try and help you find a more suitable time and will make any amendments free of charge. However, availability is extremely limited over this period, and we are unable to guarantee any requests.
