If you have Cancellation Protection and your travel plans have been affected by one of the qualifying circumstances, you can apply for a full refund of your original fare.

You will be required to upload supporting information (such as a screenshot of positive PCR test email, or a confirmation of cancelled hospital appointment letter) that identifies the circumstance which leads to the cancellation of your booking. The information will be deleted once it has been used to certify you are eligible for a cancellation.
