St. Helen's
St Helen’s is made up of golden sands, with a ruined church tower overlooking the main strip of beach. This area has a unique look, with the dunes forming part of the former golf course of the Duver, and the entrance to Bembridge Harbour wrapping around its edge. There is loads of outdoor space to explore here, and the beach is very popular for watersports and adventure activities, with an activity centre at the edge of the harbour.
