Muck Boots × Red Funnel Ferry Competition – Terms & Conditions 

1. Introduction 
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the Muck Boots × Red Funnel Ferry competition (“Competition”). Entry into the Competition confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
1.2 The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is required. 

2. Eligibility 
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Proof of age or address may be requested. 
2.2 Employees, officers, or agents of Muck Boots, Red Funnel Ferries, or any company involved in the administration of the Competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 

3. How to Enter 
3.1 Entry is via the Red Funnel landing page [insert link here once made]. Entrants must sign up to the newsletter as directed. 
3.2 Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. 

4. Competition Period 
4.1 The Competition opens immediately and closes at 23:59 on 26th April 2026. 
4.2 Any entries received outside of this period will be invalid. 

5. Prize 
5.1 The prize consists of: 
A 2-night stay for two people at The Yurt at Moor Farm
Two pairs of Muck Boots of the winner’s choice 
Two Muck Boots boot bags 
A period return trip on Red Funnel Ferry for one car and two passengers 
5.2 No travel, food, drink or other expenditure is covered by the prize money.
5.3 The ferry prize is subject to availability and is valid for travel between May and September 2026, excluding school holidays and bank holiday weekends. 
5.4 The stay at The Yurt at Moor Farm must be taken in term time and by 31st October 2026 (excluding bank holidays and school holidays).
5.5 The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be substituted, except at Red Funnel’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification 
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. 
6.2 The winner will be notified on 27th April 2026 via email or social media direct message. 
6.3 If the winner does not respond within three days, a new winner will be selected. 

7. Publicity 
7.1 By entering the Competition, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, town or region of residence, and prize details for promotional purposes by Muck Boots and Red Funnel Ferries. 

8. General Conditions 
8.1 Muck Boots and Red Funnel Ferries reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. 
8.2 Entrants agree to abide by the standard conditions of carriage of Red Funnel Ferries. 
8.3 The decision of Muck Boots and Red Funnel Ferries regarding all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
8.4 The Competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. 
8.5 You also agree to the standard Red Funnel Ferries booking terms and conditions, when making your booking as the winner.

9. Data Protection 
9.1 The information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policies of Muck Boots and Red Funnel Ferries. Entrants consent to their personal data being used to administer the Competition and for marketing purposes if they opt-in to newsletters. 

10. Limitation of Liability 
10.1 Muck Boots and Red Funnel Ferries are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or the use of any prize.
