This Black Friday, Red Funnel is offering a fantastic lineup of ferry travel deals, with 1/3 off vehicle ferry crossings, £44 Day Returns with a car, and a £19 Red Jet foot passenger period return – all valid for travel between the Isle of Wight and Southampton on bookings into 2026.

There’s no limit to the number of bookings customers can place with these offers during the sale, which starts on 21 November and ends on 5 December 2025, meaning Islanders can make multiple savings.

This year’s headline promotion offers a huge 1/3 off private vehicle travel, ideal for mainland getaways. Bookable now, the offer is valid for crossings between East Cowes and Southampton in any direction, at any time, and for any duration on journeys up until 2 November 2026 (excluding 18 to 22 June 2026). 

Those planning a day trip across the Solent can make the most of a £44 Day Return with a car, valid for travel in any direction between the hours of 6:00-10:30 and 16:30-23:55 daily until 31 March 2026. Offering excellent value, this £44 fixed price fare works out at just £11 per person for a day return, based on a group of four travelling in a car together.

As part of these ferry saver deals, Islanders can upgrade their discounted crossing and enjoy the Signature Lounge for just £9.95 per person per leg. 
For longer mainland trips on foot, there’s a £19 Red Jet period available, valid for travel until 31 March 2026, and ideal for festive shopping, winter events, or early spring getaways. 

Islanders also benefit from an extension on some of these Black Friday offers via Red Funnel’s latest Big Book of Savings. This contains vouchers for 1/3 off Vehicle Ferry Travel, £44 Day returns with a car, and discounted Signature Lounge access, which are valid for use until 14th December (official sale ends 5 December).
