THE SAINTS ARE COMING BACK!
Newport IW FC, in partnership with Cowes Sports, proudly presents Isle of Wight Legends Vs Southampton Legends, a special evening that sees two proud Isle of Wight clubs joining forces to support one another and strengthen grassroots football across the Island.
Newport Football Club remains an integral part of the local community, with a rich heritage in Island football. Following the sale of their ground, Newport is currently sharing Cowes’ facilities while plans for their new home progress later this year. This partnership reflects the true spirit of football. Clubs working side by side to overcome challenges and move forward together.
The last event, held two years ago, was a huge success, selling out with over 2,000 people in attendance, and this year promises to be even bigger and better.
Join us for an evening of football, community spirit, and unity as Newport and Cowes once again come together to celebrate and support the future of Island football.

Getting There
From Southampton: Hop on board our Hi-Speed Red Jet service to West Cowes and sail over for just £14 pp day return when you book your ticket in advance on this page. You'll find Cowes Sports FC just an 18-minute walk from West Cowes terminal, or alternatively, take the Southern Vectis No.1 from outside M&S in Cowes (Carvel Lane) - fares are currently capped at £3 for a single journey.
