What's On
Back by popular demand, the Isle of Wight Ukulele Festival is taking place between the 18-20 October 2024. The fourth Ukulele festival promises an usual mix of fantastic artists, a wide range of workshops for all abilities, lots of jamming, open mic opportunities...and some surprise extras along the way.
Returning to Quay Arts in Newport, a beautifully converted building forming the Isle of Wight's leading art gallery and a comfortable and friendly venue for live events.
The Isle of Wight Ukulele Festival Line Up includes...
The Mother Ukers, Band who take on modern day classics with their ukuleles and forget them into timeless wonders of a bygone era with the power of ‘Ukular Fusion’.
Christopher Davis-Shannon from America plays great American songbook to Hawaiian standards to Brazilian bossa nova as well as his own originals.
Sage and Zara Their set features their original songs in which they channel their jazz and Hawaiian music.
The AD Cooke Band Singer/Songwriter from the N.W. of England. Cooke' s songs are bout life, love, fun and happy times with a bit of humour and cynicism thrown in.
Danilo Vignola Maestro of flamenco ukulele, is returning to IoWUF from southern Italy - anyone who was at our festival in 2018 will remember his amazing performance.
Luna Barge, A double-stomping, energetic, uplifting, indie-folk duo. armed with banjo, guitar, ukulele, 2 voices and 2 stomp boxes.

From Southampton: Set sail to East Cowes with your car and up to 7 passengers, or hop on our Hi-Speed Red Jet service as a foot passenger and arrive in West Cowes in under 30 minutes.
