Wildheart Animal Sanctuary
The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary is a charity-run sanctuary on Sandown Beach, specialising in rescuing big cats and primates. Located on the south east of the Island, it offers a home for tigers, lions, lynx, and lemurs. They focuse on education, conservation, and providing a safe, natural environment for its rescued residents.

Luccombe Hall
Luccombe Hall is family-run hotel located on a scenic clifftop in Shanklin just a stone's throw from the beach. Offering panoramic sea views with four acres of garden, the hotel has excellent family facilities and all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, smart TV and free WiFi.
Facilities onsite include:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool (open between May-September)
- Heated indoor swimming pool.

Wildheart family ticket valid for up to 2 adults and 2 kids for 12-months, including school holidays. The ticket is non-extendable or refundable and has no monetary value. Wildheart Animal Sanctuary standard T&Cs apply. Return ferry travel valid for travel between Southampton and East Cowes for a car and up to four people. Booking subject to availability, no cash alternative and standard conditions of carriage applies. Competition entry is free, and open to residents of the UK aged over 18. Only one entry per person. The first entry drawn after the closing date will win, and the winner will be notified the next working day. If winner fails to respond after 3 days, a new winner will be drawn.
