Congratulations again for winning in our biggest ever ticket giveaway for Islanders!
To claim your prize, simply complete the below form, and let us know which date and time(s) you’d like to travel on.
We’ll process your request within 7 days and send you an e-ticket valid for travel on your chosen service, date and time(s).
Your prize-winning tickets can be booked for sailings anytime between now and the end of the year.
However, you need to claim your prize and secure your tickets by 30 April 2026.
Please note:
- Ticket requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of travel date
- Your prize is for a pair of tickets – these must be claimed as a pair, for sailings on the same date and time(s)
- The unique code we’ve sent you via email will be used to validate your win – include this when claiming your prize, along with the email address you used to enter
- If you have an account, please include your BKC number
- When you request your preferred sailing times, tickets will be issued for the nearest available departures – if these times are not suitable, please contact us*
- Our team will aim to process requests and issue tickets within 3 working days
*Tickets will be issued based on availability – we will try to honour amendment requests but cannot guarantee them.
