Covid-19 Related Travel Amendments

If your booking was made after 1 December 2021, you may have alternative options for amends and cancellations with our enhanced Booking Guarantee if your travel plans are affected by any of the following Covid-19 related issues:

  • A positive case within your household or a household you were planning to visit
  • A change in national restrictions that prevents your trip from happening
  • A Track and Trace notification that means you must now isolate during the period of your planned trip

For any qualifying bookings wishing to make changes, we will need you to upload supporting information (such as a screenshot of a positive lateral flow email, or positive PCR test email, or proof of cancellation of event or travel plans) that identifies the person or place affected. This information will be deleted once it has been used to certify you are eligible for our Booking Guarantee.

To check if your booking qualifies for our Booking guarantee, please review the T&C's at the foot of this page. If you are looking to amend a booking that does not qualify, please use our standard amends/cancellation form.

1. Free Amendments

You can amend your booking to a future date with no amendment fee. This can be any date in the future and can be changed again free of charge, at your convenience. Fare differences will apply where applicable.

If you know the date(s) you would like to amend your booking to, enter them into the provided fields in the form below. One of our agents will transfer your booking over to the new dates, at the same or similar time(s) to your original booking (subject to availability), and issue you a new e-ticket via email. If there are any fare differences, one of our agents will contact you. 

 

2. Cancellations

If you’d prefer to simply cancel your booking you can. We have introduced our enhanced Booking Guarantee for any bookings made after the 1 December 2021, for dates up until 3 January 2022. Any bookings made during this period can be cancelled in advance of the outward travel time/date, and will be entitled to a full refund.

To cancel a booking simply complete the form below and one of our team will be able to assist.

 

3. Booking Credit

Put your booking on hold with a credit. You will then have until 31 March 2022 to either use your credit or put it towards a future booking, which can be for travel anytime in 2022. 

Amendment fees will still be waived, but fare difference will apply where applicable.

Customers due to travel in the next 48 hours, please call 02380 019192 for any amendments / cancellations. 

If your travel date(s) are 48 hrs or more ahead, please complete the form below. 

If you are amending your booking with new travel dates, you will receive your new booking via email. For all other enquiries one of our agents will be in touch. We will action all booking amends and respond to all requests within 72 hours - if this is after your original travel date, your amendment/cancellation options will not be affected.

Bookings made between 4 January 2022 and 31 January 2022

Any bookings made between 4 January 2022 and 31 January 2022 are protected by our extended Booking Guarantee, for travel up to 31 October 2022.  This guarantee provides the enhanced options of free amendments, free cancellations (when made in advance of outward travel) or the option to put bookings on hold as credit, if bookings are affected by Covid-19 related reasons (positive case within your household or a household you were planning to visit, change in national restrictions that prevents your trip from happening, or a Track and Trace notification that means you must now isolate during the period of your planned trip).

Bookings made between 1 December 2021 and 3 January 2022
