Alum Bay
Alum Bay boasts one of the most unique beaches in the UK. It’s the perfect viewpoint for the Island’s most famous landmark, The Needles rocks and lighthouse, and can be accessed by a spectacular chairlift ride, which starts at the attraction above.
There’s a regular boat and RIB ride out to the rocks and lighthouse during the main holiday season, and you can purchase sand sculptures crafted from the impressive multicoloured cliffs from The Needles attraction. Out of season (or if you don’t fancy the chairlift ride) you can usually access the beach via a long flight of wooden steps to the north of the beach.
