Isle of Wight ultra Challenge

All Island - 4 & 5 May
Challenge yourself running or walking 106km around the Island, with spectacular views and plenty of leg burning hills! 

Isle of Wight Randonnee

All Island - 5 May
A free cycling event around the Island, with a 55km and a 100km route with spectacular views of land and sea. 

Spring Fete

Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary - 5 May
Enjoy ‘Raw Samba’, stalls, meet the donkeys, discover rare breed sheep, take part in a Shetland Inhand Show and a dog show.

Scarecrow Festival

Chillerton & Gatcombe - 25 May - 1 June
Find up to 100 scarecrows through the villages, with a public vote to decide the winners. Maps are available from the Gallybagger Inn with live music each day. 

Reggae Festival

Porchfield - 1 June

1960s Weekend

Isle of Wight Steam Railway - 1 & 2 June 
The Beatles and Rolling Stones are in the charts, Carnaby Street is 'swinging', the pound has been devalued, and Sandie Shaw has just won the Eurovision Song Contest – head back in time to 1967!

Freshwater - 2-9 June
A unique running event with spectacular views, there’s a run for everyone including the iconic Needles half marathon, a kids fun run, the Freshwater 5k, a 10 race and more!

Newport - 5 June
The UK's No.1 vocal harmony group and original X-Factor stars celebrate a double decade in the limelight with a spectacular anniversary show at Medina Theatre.

Ryde - 8 June
Award-winning Taylor Swift tribute, Katy Ellis, pays homage to the ‘Era’s’ tour with a live band, costumes and incredible performances. The most authentic recreation of a Taylor Swift show you’ll see at a fraction of the price!

Round the Island Race

Cowes - 15 June
Over 1000 boats race around the Island, leaving from Cowes and heading west. Best places to see the fleet are Cowes Green, rounding the Needles, passing St Catherine's Lighthouse, Culver Down and Bembridge beach.

Gin & Steam

Isle of Wight Steam Railway - 15 & 16 June
Step back in time to the 1940s and enjoy an array of craft gins and spirits to sample, as well as gin bars (and events bars) with live music and the chance to ride the “Gin Train” – enjoy a tipple on the move.
