'The Duver' at St Helens is an unspoilt stretch of grass and sand dunes containing many rare flowers, birds and wildlife. This hideaway has been awarded the Seaside/Solent Water Award.
St Helens beach, maintained by the National Trust, lies on the East coast of the Isle of Wight between the villages of Bembridge and Seaview.
The beach has been awarded safe for swimming and includes a fine sandy beach complete with rock pools to entertain the children. You'll also find pretty beach huts and fine views of Bembridge Harbour.
Facilities include: parking, toilets and refreshments.
