Since putting fish and chips on the menu it has been very popular. We use gluten free flour and beer to batter cod which is sourced from island supplier J&B Fisheries. We serve it with our homemade chunky chips that go through a 5-step process of cutting, soaking, steaming, blanching and finally hitting the hot fryer before being plated up alongside crushed peas and tartar sauce.
