    Always polite staff very helpful with mine & my daughtes needs. Everywhere always clean & well maintained. On the travel on the 25th March 2020 they kept a look out/got people to maintain the safe distance rule. Every time I've traveled previously the food & drink quality has been great.

    In light of the current emergency, there was no segregation of passengers, i.e. putting reserved notices at intervals to stop close contact, the cafe was still open and there were no hand sanitizers in obvious places. Customers should be allowed to stay in their cars on ALL crossings for the time being.
