    We caught the 2.45 am ferry from Southampton to East Cowes but the ferry was freezing cold everyone was complaining

    Very crowded with not enough seats. Whilst your signature lounge was practically empty. If you had a big enough space then I would approve of the marketing ploy to charge extra for the privilege. Since you do not, than I believe this practice should cease

    Very good service. Only problem with the outward journey is that it was too cold on the passenger deck. Someone needed to turn up the heating. Return journey from Cowes excellent, and the boat was nice and warm. Maybe one or two of the catering staff could attend charm school for a little...

    The service was good but my on line purchase did not allow me to use the voucher which would have given a 20% saving. This meant a car with two seniors was just under £100 - too dear.

    As usual ferry on time and we were able to catch earlier ferry than one for which we had booked. Thank you.

    Journey only slightly marred by close presence of rather drunken Arsenal fans returning home from match at St Mary's. They drew 1-1 - might have been worse had they...

    We travelled last weekend during bad weather. The ferry was on time during the return from Southampton at 0900 hrs, and despite some notable cross winds we arrived safely.

    Very efficient and courteous. I had made an error with my booking and they sorted out immediately with no hesitation.
