    Good service, as expected. The policy of not running engines before they are needed, is a good one , but needs to be policed!

    OK. My meal was delivered to me as we needed to wait for rice to be cooked, enabling me to find one of the last seats available at a table.

    Very pleased with the cleanliness and facilities of the Ferry, but on the return journey we had to put up with for the whole hour someone talking on their phone (in a foreign language) loudly would it be possible to put a sign up respecting other passengers peace and quiet especially on the evening...

    Always use Red Funnell but feel aggrieved having to pay extra to get on an earlier ferry. At least the Reward Points comes in useful for this!!

    There appeared to be no heating on on board and I sat freezing and because it was a packed sailing there was no where for me to move too.
