    Perfect..On time...No problems

    The ferry on our outward journey was great and on time , coming back we were a little delayed and the ferry wall very full with a shortage of seats but staff did everything they could to accommodate people , the price was quite high but it was one of the busiest weekends of the year.

    Very helpful staff when I had made an error with our booking. Changed our tickets and got us on the same ferry! Thank you, would have messed up our whole day otherwise!!**

    For family reasons we had to bring our return to the island forward by some 3 weeks. On checking in , a charming young lady : " NO problem , Sir , you may travel on the next ferry and , of course , there is no additional charge or amendment fee required ."

    I love the one hour crossing from East Cowes to Southampton. Very efficient operation. Often go into the Signature Lounge if it’s busy. Staff are always lovely & very helpful. Great wi-if connection too so I can use my IPad.

    Poor service yet again from Red Funnel.
    7:15 a,m, ferry but noisy and overcrowded - probably because of the pricing structure. Forcing passengers to pay a lot of extra money to have a quieter, more civilised crossing in the Signature lounge is part of the problem. We were told price hikes partly...

    Efficient service at a very busy time, clean and comfortable, good choice of food.

    Everything went to plan. Punctual. Staff were good. They even arranged the weather!

    As always, my ferry was easy to book, on time and clean. Despite it being a very busy time, staff were pleasant and efficient. I was traveling on my own with children and my dog, but it was easy due to the well organised service. Thank you!
