    we were booked on the 3pm ferry and arrived at 2,25pm. The ferry arrived and then we watched as the cars drove off. The nothing! Eventually after sitting in the car for 40 minutes a member of staff walked between cars saying "that's it, ferry cancelled - next one 4.30pm" There was no explanation...

    3 boats cancelled in one evening. Waited since 5:30Pm until 9pm for a boat. The boat was then full meaning. Then we where told we HAVE TO leave the car and sit in a crowd of people upstairs. Putting us at risk.

    Always polite staff very helpful with mine & my daughtes needs. Everywhere always clean & well maintained. On the travel on the 25th March 2020 they kept a look out/got people to maintain the safe distance rule. Every time I've traveled previously the food & drink quality has been great.
