Back for its fourth year of fabulous family fun, perfect picture prospects and autumn adventures – Westover Farm Pumpkins is opening again on October 3rd 2026. 

The pick-your-own pumpkin patch is set over 10 acres with over 20 varieties of pumpkins, squashes and gourds in various shapes, sizes and colours.

Visitors can grab a wheelbarrow and explore the patch to find their perfect pumpkins! With the beautiful West Wight countryside as its scenic backdrop, the pumpkin patch is a picturesque autumn outing. 

Along with the pumpkins, the patch is home to our resident scarecrows and lots of picture-perfect photo opportunities!

In addition to the usual opening times, they also have the following sessions:

Friday 9th & 16th October 10am-12pm: Pumpkin Patch Playtime for Little Pumpkins - especially for little pumpkins aged walking – 5 years old. This session must be booked online (please see social media and website for details) and Little Pumpkins can meet other Little Pumpkins, take part in arts & crafts, play in the play patch and enjoy a story and hot chocolate.

Friday 9th & 16th October 12 – 4pm: The usual Pumpkin Patch fun, but with fewer visitors, so perfect for those that enjoy less crowds, home-schoolers, toddlers or just a wander and pumpkin spiced latte in the patch!

Saturday 3rd & 10th October 4.30 – 7pm: NEW late opening, where visitors can explore the patch during golden hour and experience a beautiful patch sunset.

Entry is free and no booking required (with the exception of Friday mornings Pumpkin Patch Playtime for Little Pumpkins). 

While you're there, why not warm up with a delicious toastie, pumpkin spiced latte, or hot chocolate! Car parking, toilets and seating area are available onsite. Cash or card payments accepted.
