Most standard fares can be booked online (including our Smartphone website) and all fares (excluding 6/12 month Season Tickets & ID cards) can be purchased upon departure at no extra charge.

Terms & Conditions 2012
- Infants (0-4 yrs) travel FREE and do not require a ticket, but must be in the care of a fare paying adult.
- Dogs travel FREE on the vehicle ferry service. For Vehicle Ferry/Red Jet fares, dogs are charged £3.65 for the Red Jet leg of the journey, no other discounts apply.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible fare paying adult. Escorted Child Offer: Applies to adults who are dropping-off or collecting a child. Purchase one adult day return or adult off-peak day return and receive one FREE single child ticket which can be used for the outward OR return leg of the journey. The adult must return on the next available sailing. If an adult is travelling with more than one child, additional child tickets are available at the normal single rate.
*Off-Peak fares: valid for outward departure from Southampton Monday to Friday from 1800 hrs and at anytime on weekends, return on any sailing. Not available for travel from Southampton on 21 & 22 June, 10 August - 18 August and 7 & 8 September 2012. Not available for travel from East Cowes on 25 June and 10 September 2012.
**Super Off Peak Day Return: Valid for both the Vehicle Ferry and Red Jet service, when two people travel together after 11.15 am. Valid seven days a week - Not available for travel on 21 & 22 June, 10 August - 18 August and 7 & 8 September 2012. Only one ticket will be issued and both passengers must travel together or the ticket will become invalid.
† Family Day Return: Party must contain 3 or 4 people. At least one person must be an adult/senior and one person must be a child/infant. Party must travel together in both directions. Family Fares are valid from 0900 hrs from Southampton Monday to Friday and anytime on weekends. Not available for travel from Southampton on 21 & 22 June and 7 & 8 September 2012. Not available for travel from East Cowes on 25 June and 10 September 2012.
