Make some amazing, amusing family memories together as you search for the giant eggs hidden around IW Steam Railway and solve the clues to claim your chocolate. There will be a hunt on every day throughout the Easter holidays from 29 March to 12 April!
Okay you ‘Chocolate Detectives’ it’s time to make like Sherlock and visit the Isle of Wight Steam Railway for the Great Railway Easter Hunt for all things chocolatey!
If you're visiting on Easter Sunday, help your little ones to make their own Easter bonnet before your visit ready for judging in the parade at 13:15.
Daily falconry flying display at 11:40 and 13:40.
Top off your day with a springtime ride through the Island’s picturesque countryside. Look out of the windows to see ancient woodlands, rolling fields of green, pretty bluebells and more. It’s the perfect Easter treat.

By car: Enter PO33 4DS into your satnav or head for Havenstreet (3 miles from Ryde and 3 miles from Newport) and look for road signs to Havenstreet or brown signs showing the Steam Railway.
By train: Board frequent Island Line services from Ryde, Brading, Sandown, Lake or Shanklin, taking you directly to Smallbrook Junction station, where it's a simple cross-platform connection to the Steam Railway.
