The multi award winning restaurant, Three Buoys, is situated overlooking the beach at Appley in Ryde, with far reaching views across the Solent to the mainland. The menu offers innovative, exciting fine dining featuring local producers, fresh seafood and vegan dishes.
Three Buoys opened its doors in 2013 and has since been renowned for quality dining with exceptional sea views, being awarded 1 AA rosette for culinary excellence and winning the 2017 myIsleofWight Awards for Best Eaterie with a Sea View and Best Gastronomic Experience . Run by husband and wife team Tim & EmmaFoster, whose vision was to create an experience you won’t forget, Three Buoys is named after their three sons. This is a family run business that is proudly part of the local community.
Their team of chefs, lead by Matthew Egan, create seasonal menus that are inspired by the wealth of fresh ingredients that the Isle of Wight has to offer. With the restaurant situated on the first floor the panoramic views are one of the most breathtaking on the Isle of Wight.
Overlooking the sands of Ryde Beach, which at low tide reach seawards for almost a mile, Three Buoys is at the entrance to Appley Park with a large car park to the rear.
