Amend/cancel bookings affected by industrial action

If your booking has been affected by our recently announced industrial action, and you need to make changes, you have the following options:

Submit an amendment request

If your travel dates have been affected by industrial action, then simply complete the form at the foot of this page to submit a request for an amendment.

Please note: our team will be happy to try and help you find a more suitable time and will make any same day amendments free of charge. However, availability is extremely limited over this period, and we are unable to guarantee any requests. For amendments to alternative days, there may be a fare difference to pay.

If we can offer your preferred travel times/dates, one of our agents will transfer your booking and issue a new e-ticket via email. If the times/dates you have requested are not available, one of our team will get in touch with another alternative. With high volumes of traffic departing from both Southampton and East Cowes on peak days, we will be unable to accommodate additional changes between 07:30 and 18:00 on Mondays and Fridays.

 

Amend over the phone

If you are due to travel in the next 7 days, and would like to amend your booking, please call us on 02380 019192, and one of our team will be happy to assist.

 

Cancellations

If you’d prefer to simply cancel your booking you can. There will be no cancellation charges for bookings which have been affected by industrial action.

To cancel a booking, complete the form below, or get in touch directly, and one of our team will be able to assist. Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-14 days.

Please note: any bookings between the 27 July and 29 August that have not received any changes to their sailing times are still subject to our standard T&C's regarding cancellations.

 

If you are amending your booking with new travel times/dates, you will receive your new booking via email. For all other enquiries one of our agents will be in touch. We will action all booking amends and respond to all requests within 72 hours - if this is after your original travel date, your amendment/cancellation options will not be affected.
