Westridge House & Lodge is a beautiful 5-bedroom holiday house full of character, and an ultra-modern 3-bedroom Lodge in a highly sought after location in the popular town of Ryde.
Sleeping up to 16 people across 8 bedrooms.
The main house comprises of 5 bedrooms, a super-king master bedroom which has a fabulous en-suite bathroom featuring an air jet bath with underwater lights, and a full walk in shower, it also has Sky TV, Bose CD player and French doors leading to a balcony terrace with outside furniture. There are four more bedrooms comprising of; one double bedroom with shower en-suite, one large twin bedroom with shower en-suite and one king-size bedroom with separate bathroom, all on the first floor. There is an additional twin bedroom on the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area features a large dining table and sofa, inglenook fireplace with wood burner, Sky TV, DVD player and portable Bluetooth speaker. A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. French doors take you out to the deck which overlooks the gardens with beautiful views across the valley. The family room with comfortable sofas and Sky TV, is next to the games room with full size snooker table, chess table and board games - plenty to keep the family entertained.
The Lodge comprises of 3 bedrooms, two king-size featuring a Jack and Jill bathroom with walk-in shower, one twin bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious, light and comfortable living/dining room features a 50" television and overlooks the heated swimming pool. The modern and well-equipped kitchen includes oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a utility room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bi-folding doors leading from the living room can be opened on warm days to allow free flow from the lodge to the swimming pool area.
Outside, the house and lodge are surrounded by well-maintained gardens that extend to around an acre. It is accessed through electronic gates leading to a long driveway with parking for multiple cars. The lawned front garden has a beautiful gazebo, patio, sun loungers and table tennis. At the rear of the house is a stunning garden with water feature, decking area, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and outdoor dining furniture – perfect for relaxing during your stay. The heated swimming pool is ideal for the whole family with a maximum depth of approximately 4ft 6ins. Bed linen and towels are provided. One small to medium size dog accepted. Children of all ages welcome.
