Whitwell Station has been beautifully converted into a residential property with accompanying holiday homes yet at the same time, the current owners have faithfully kept the historical theme of the property almost to how it always was 100 years ago. Set in two acres of land and overlook beautiful views of English hedgerows, rolling hills and Whitwell Village.  The Ventnor West line originally opened in 1897 and was said to be "one of the prettiest branch lines in England". The trains and bustle are long gone, but when sitting on the platform you can almost hear the rattle of a train, and recall the bygone days of steam.

The Victorian waiting rooms are tastefully converted into two cottages, Primrose and Bluebell, each sleeping 4 + cot in two bedrooms and have the atmosphere of the days of steam. Both cottages are thoughtfully furnished to the highest standard to accommodate every need and have fully fitted kitchens.  Cot and High chair are available if required.  Bed linen included.  Free Wi-Fi access.  Car parking.  Children of all ages are welcome.  Pets accepted - charge applies.

Open: all year  |  Minimum number of nights: 7 night stays start on a Friday.
