From 12 April new rules take effect whereby overnight stays are permitted for camping/self-catering accommodation, where units are self-contained, with no shared facilities and used by members of the same household or support bubble. Built of Island stone, this wonderful Grade II listed cottage stands adjacent to the owner’s thatched cottage and has been lovingly converted from 3 farm buildings. The cottage boasts stunning exposed beams and magnificent stone and brick feature fireplace as well as beautiful views of the downs. This picturesque property is a wonderful retreat full of original features and tranquil surroundings, located in the village of Brighstone. This supremely popular village is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is full to the brim of thatched cottages, characterful village shops selling local produce and the stunning Brighstone Bay and walking trails.

The Brew House sleeps up to 4 people across 2 bedrooms. The cottage has 2 parking spaces, a patio perfect for alfresco dining and a wonderful lawned garden with furniture. Through the front door and too the right you will find a large and characterful living room with a stunning brick and stone fireplace with wood burner, plus comfortable sofas and french doors to the patio. On the left is a spacious and fully fitted kitchen/diner, the hallway also leads to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, which then leads to a downstairs shower room. Upstairs the master bedroom has two single beds and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The second bedroom has a double bed but please note this room has a small dormer window to let in natural light, but the view is of the sky – perfect for a starry night. Guests will be greeted with a small gift hamper on arrival, bed-linen and towels included, car parking for 2 cars, Wi-Fi available. Due to the cottage being located on a working farm with a pond and stream in the grounds, only children 5yrs+ welcome, and must always be supervised. Property not suitable for pets.
