This amazingly positioned chalet style house is a brilliant choice for a large family or group of friends as it has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. With French doors leading on to the wrapped around decking and a large south facing garden, an ideal spot for alfresco dining after a day of exploring the Isle of Wight and if you've any energy left how about a quick bounce on a trampoline.
Located in St Lawrence, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Bay View is a detached chalet style house with stunning sea views. This light and spacious house has wrap around decking and a private south facing garden. It's the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and ideal for families, walkers and cyclists with the coastal path being just a short stroll away. The picturesque Steephill Cove is close by with it's beautiful beach, cafes and seafood restaurant. A five minute drive takes you to Ventnor where you'll find a selection of cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants.
The house sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles on the ground floor, one with shower ensuite. A further 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one twin and one with either twin/king and both with ensuite showers (restricted height access in the shower). An additional large bathroom on the ground floor with bath and overhead shower. Fully equipped kitchen with separate pantry and utility room including space for cycle storage. The breakfast bar leads to the open plan lounge which has stunning sea views and a woodburning stove with French doors opening onto the decked area. The dining area seats 8 comfortably with a couple of easy chairs and French doors again opening onto the decked area. The large garden also hosts a brick barbecue, plenty of sun loungers, large picnic table and benches for al-fresco dining, a summer house and a trampoline. Hot tub hire is available. Electricity included. Free WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included. Car parking for 3/4 cars. Children of all ages are welcome.
