Woodcliffe is located in the unspoilt village of St Lawrence, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Originally a gentleman’s residence, the apartments have been refurbished to offer a choice of self catering accommodation ideal for couples and families.

All apartments are spacious and fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, FreeSat TV, DVD, FREE wi-fi,  and bathroom with shower and WC.  A laundry room is also provided for guests. Bed linen included. Private car parking. Children of all ages welcome. Dogs accepted in certain apartments by prior arrangement only.

Flat 1 sleeping 4 to 6 people (Pet free unit)
Situated on the 1st floor, south facing with sea views.  Two bedrooms, one double and one twin.  Open plan kitchen, large lounge/diner with "everyday use" double sofabed, bathroom and additional separate toilet.

Flat 3 sleeping 2 people (Pet free unit)
Situated on the 1st floor.  One double bedroom (extra small single bed on request).  Open plan kitchen, west facing lounge/diner and bathroom.

Flat 4 sleeping 2 to 4 people (Pet free unit)
Situated on the 1st floor.  One double bedroom (extra small single bed on request).  Lounge with "everyday use" sofabed, small kitchen and bathroom.

Flat 5 sleeping 2 to 4 people (Dogs accepted by prior arrangement only)
Situated on the 1st floor.  One twin bedroom (extra small single bed on request).  Lounge with "everyday use" sofabed, small kitchen and bathroom.

Cottage
 sleeping 2 to 4 people (Dogs accepted by prior arrangement only)
The cottage is set on it's own in the corner of the Woodcliffe grounds.  Ground floor has a lounge, with sofabed, small kitchen and bathroom.  Stairs to the 1st floor with one double bedroom (extra small single bed available on request).  Very private sun trap deck area with BBQ.


Garden Flat sleeping 4 to 6 people (Dogs accepted by prior arrangement only)
The Garden Flat is situated on the ground floor , south facing with sea views.  It has two bedrooms, one double with en suite (extra small single bed on request) and one with twin beds.  Open plan kitchen leads to a good sized lounge with direct garden access (lounge with "everyday" sofabed) bathroom and additional toilet.

All properties
 are self contained with fully equipped kitchens.  Bathrooms with bath (except Flat 4) as well as shower.  Freesat TV and DVD.  Free Wi-fi.  Laundry Room with washing machine and tumble dryers. Included is electricity, bed linen (except for cots), tea towels, cots and/or high chairs (when pre-booked) are included.  Personal towels must be supplied by the guest. 
Dogs welcome by prior arrangement in Flat 5, the Cottage and Garden Flat only - Dogs must be kept on a lead in the grounds, out of the bedrooms and not left alone. £20 per stay. Please declare breed and names of any dogs in your party in the 'Special Requests' box below.
Dogs are not permitted in Flats 1, 3 & 4

Payment Plan
