From 12 April new rules take effect whereby overnight stays are permitted for camping/self-catering accommodation, where units are self-contained, with no shared facilities and used by members of the same household or support bubble. Please ensure to check the latest government guidance prior to booking your holiday.

A newly renovated mock Georgian Manor House, Highlands is a fantastic base for your Isle of Wight holiday. Each of the 5 apartments has its own quirky and special features and you'll enjoy the spectacular panoramic sea, town and countryside views around the building. Being a few minutes walk from Shanklin Old Village you won't have far to go for a variey of pubs and restaurants and Shanklin Espanade is close by too.

Highlands offers a selection of 5 luxurious apartments in the coastal town of Shanklin. On its imposing cliff top site, the grand mock Georgian manor house has been lovingly and extensively converted to offer spacious accommodation. Spectacular panoramic sea, town and countryside views are found around the building across Sandown Bay, Shanklin town and the Downs towards Ventnor
Highlands offers 5 apartments sleeping between 3 and 5 people. Apt 1, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and is accessed from the ground floor and is over 2 levels. Apt 2, sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms and is on the ground floor. Apt 3, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and is on the 1st floor. Apt 4, sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms and is on the 2nd floor. Apt 5, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and is on the garden floor. All apartments benefit from high quality oak furniture, leather sofas, oak floored living areas and granite fitted worktop in the kitchens. 32" LED TV. DVD player. Bed linen and towels are included. Electricity is included. FREE Wifi. Car parking. Communal gardens with seating is available for all apartments to enjoy. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Children of all ages are welcome.
Open: all year | Minimum number of nights: 7 starting on a Saturday. (Christmas & New Year are Tuesdays) Short breaks: may be available at short notice through the main season with a minimum of 3 nights stay required, starting any day. They are available 2 October to 11 December 2021.
