Red Hot Talent 2010
After a fantastic Grand Finale at Southampton University on 5 May, which included brilliant performances from nine acts, the winners of Red Funnel's 2010 Red Hot Talent have been decided.
- In first place was Lucid
- In Second place was Me & My Sister
- In Third Place was Nina & Matt

How to find the finalGrand Finale - 5 May 2010
The Grand Finale was held at The Cube at the University of Southampton, Highfield Campus. Each of the 9 acts had 10 minutes to show off their talent in front of the judges and audience!

Heat 1 - 14 April 2010
The first heat was held at Quay Arts in Newport on the Isle of Wight with Radio 1 DJ and Bestival curator Rob da Bank as the guest judge. The acts Included:
After a night of entertainment and a difficult decision by the judges it was decided that the following acts would go through to the final:
All the acts were of a very high quality and the judges were particularly impressed by the fun and originality of Me and My Sister, the superb voices and musical ability of Lucid and Folklore Trio and the powerful voice of Sue Marsh.
Heat 2 - 21 April 2010
The second heat was held at The Cube at the University of Southampton, Highfield Campus. The panel of judges incuded representatives from Bestival, The Southern Daily Echo and The Isle of Wight Council. The acts were:
As the performances were of such a high standard the judges decided to allow five rather than four to proceed through to the final. They are:
The judges were particularly impressed with the professional, well-rounded performance of Charley Macauley, the catchiness of The Rebs, the well-crafted songs and confidence of Nina and Matt and the tight choreography of Cult Dance Co. They were also very impressed with the beautiful vocals of Fiona and Shrek but would like to see them performing songs they have written.
