Haunted tractor rides for tourists on Isle of Wight holidays

Families taking Isle of Wight holidays this Halloween could take in a haunted tractor ride during their time on the island.

The Isle of Wight Garlic Farm is running the event as a spooky treat for youngsters over the coming weekend.

According to a report by VentnorBlog, the Headless Horseman will be in attendance for the occasion, which is being run by the location from October 21st to 23rd.

Families who go on one of the haunted tractor rides will be treated to supper in the Garlic Farm's cafe following their trip around the Isle of Wight's countryside.

"Tuck into a pot of garlic mushrooms, hot and hearty witches broth, garlic bread, spooky sausage and sweet potato wedges," stated the report.

Families on their Isle of Wight holidays are able to buy tickets for the tractor rides from just £9 for adults, while a pass for a child under the age of 15 is just £6.

A group of two adults and two children can take advantage of a great deal to buy a collective ticket for only £25.

Passes for the tractor rides followed by supper at the Isle of Wight Garlic Farm are priced at £45 for a family of four, with adult tickets costing £15 and children's at £10.

Places on the tractor rides are limited, so those on Isle of Wight holidays who want to take part in the spooky activity are encouraged to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

The Isle of Wight Garlic Farm also boasts a shop that could be a great location for budding chefs to stock up on a variety of island produce, including garlic beer and the venue's very own rhubarb and pear chutney ice cream.

Gardeners can also take home garlic bulbs to plant outside their own home to use on their own unique recipes.
