Isle of Wight holiday recommended for corporate bonding trip

Booking an Isle of Wight holiday for their staff has been recommended to bosses looking for a corporate bonding trip.

Sunsail stated that corporate sailing trips in the Solent can be a good way for new teams to take on problem solving, crisis management and handling conflict activities.

"The south coast of England is the perfect place to look and the Solent near Portsmouth and Southampton is the ideal location, especially for those who have never taken the helm before," commented a spokesperson for the organisation.

It was added that a day-long Isle of Wight holiday could be a good way to take some time out from the sailing bonding trip.

The waters around the Isle of Wight off the south coast are thought to be ideal for sailing, with beginners able to find their sea legs relatively easily.

Every year, sailing enthusiasts take Isle of Wight holidays in order to attend Cowes Week, which next comes to the island in August 2011.
