Bestival to host Roller Disco

Festival fans heading out on Isle of Wight holidays later in the year in order to attend Bestival can take part in a Roller Disco during their time at the event.

The curator of the bash Rob da Bank has pointed out some of the highlights of Bestival 2011 away from the main music stages.

He said those who are going to the event can look forward to all kinds of activities, "from our very own new structure the Swamp Shack with its voodoo vibes to the Roller Disco to burn off the pies to ... everything from BMX to Inline Skating and Parkour lessons".

The Radio 1 DJ added that food blogger MsMarmitelover's Underground Restaurant will also be setting up on the Isle of Wight for the duration of the event.

This year, Bestival will see performances from the likes of Katy B, Primal Scream, The Maccabees and The Cure, who have chosen the Isle of Wight for their only European gig this year.
