Passenger Vehicle Ferry Service |
 |
Route: Southampton-East Cowes, Isle of Wight
Terminal 1, Dock Gate 7, Southampton
Trinity Road, East Cowes, Isle of Wight
Vehicle Customers - you should aim to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booked departure time to allow for ticketing and embarkation checks. Due to limited space and the high volume of traffic for shipment at peak times (especially Bank Holidays and in July and August), please do not arrive at the terminal more than one hour before the departure time shown on your ticket (See Travel Links for ideas of what to do in Southampton if you arrive early).
If you are in possession of a bar-coded ticket and the entrance gate is manned you will be asked to show your tickets and will be told which loading lane to join. If the gate is not manned read the signs and join the appropriate lane.
If you have a reservation but no ticket you should join the appropriate lane and report to the ticket office. Quote your reservation number to the Customer Service Agent who will issue your tickets.
If you do not have a reservation, we may still be able to carry you. Please report to the ticket office and enquire about availability or telephone the Travel Centre on +44 (0)870 444 8898 and key option 1.
All tickets will be scanned by terminal staff into the computer system prior to loading and boarding cards will be issued for the number of passengers in your vehicle. |
