Red Funnel operates over 23,000 Red Jet Hi-Speed sailings and some 16,000
Passenger Vehicle Ferry sailings per annum. Reliability and punctuality
records speak for themselves, but occasionally very bad weather or technical
problems can result in temporary suspension, cancellation or delay.
When the Red Jet Hi-Speed service is suspended for a prolonged period due
to extreme weather, passengers are advised to travel on the Passenger
Vehicle Ferry service which may call at West Cowes, subject to demand.
