The Barn is situated in the hamlet of Merstone, surrounded by farmland, with uninterupted views of the countryside and an abundance of wildlife on your doorstep ranging from ducks, partridges, foxes, badgers and plenty of garden birds. The Barn is centrally located and being on a main bus route and cycle track is ideally placed to explore the Island. 4 star.

The Barn - sleeping up to 6 people
The barn has three bedrooms, a double ensuite, a twin room (one standard size, one small) and a bunk bedroom (small).  The main bathroom has a bath and shower.  Open plan kitchen/dining room and a lounge.  The Barn is centrally heated with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Freeview TV's. Video/DVD. Radio/CD.  Cot, high-chair, baby bath and stairgate provided.

Linen and towels are provided and there are duvets throughout.  There is parking space for 3 or more cars.  No pets are accepted and there is no smoking in the property. Outside space front and rear with garden furniture.  A welcome pack is included, this would include items such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit and a small selection of wine and beer.
