Gleneagles is a delightful, compact, semi-detached cottage enjoying an enviable position, facing the village green - reputed to be the largest in England. Bembridge Harbour is 300 metres away, and there are superb country and coastal walks from the door. Both Bembridge and St Helens offer a selection of good beaches, and the fishing is good too! Nearby are the Brading Marshes which now enjoy RSPB and SSSI protection, a treasure trove for bird watchers. There are two good Restaurants, an excellent Pub and couple of shops on the Green.

A spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms, one with a 4-poster bed, and the second with adult size bunks - the bottom one converts to a double bed (Futon style). Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, bath and shower (over bath). Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a well fitted kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge. Leather settee, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD, radio/CD player, small library of books, DVD's and CD's. Patio doors lead out to the courtyard garden with decking area, BBQ, table and chairs and also an exterior utility room with toilet, freezer and washing machine. Bed linen, gas and electricity are included. Not suitable for young children or the elderly. Pets accepted. Open All Year.
