Residential Isle of Wight Cookery Weekend
Join Michele Newton, Chef and qualified Trainer, at The Four Seasons Cookery Academy on the Isle of Wight, for a weekend of hands-on, fun and friendly cookery tuition. Michele writes all the recipes that you will use over the weekend and has just written a 'Lower your Cholesterol' booklet which contains user-friendly information as well as delicious, simple recipes.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided in one of two holiday cottages in Fishbourne near Ryde (rooms have shared bathrooms) with plenty of parking. The cottages are well maintained with a lounge, large kitchens and a garden. There is a television in the lounge for guests to enjoy.

Price is £295pp and includes 2 nights accommodation and all meals. Book through Red Funnel and you’ll receive 25% off the ferry fare when you spend up to £500. Spend over £500 and we’ll give you 50% off the ferry fare.

Your accommodation will be provided in one of two holiday cottages in Fishbourne near Ryde (rooms have shared bathrooms) with plenty of parking. Arrival on a Friday with a Pot Supper for guests to meet each other and settle in and have an overview of what will be achieved over the weekend. Guest baskets are provided along with Isle of Wight Produce and Guide Books. After a D.I.Y breakfast there will be cooking for lunch which will be served at the large dining table. Free time then to explore the Island. Cooking for dinner starts about 6pm and will be three courses again to be enjoyed by all. On Sunday after a D.I.Y breakfast you will be preparing Brunch followed by a consolidation of the course with the afternoon again to enjoy the Island. (Itinerary subject to alteration).
