The Four Seasons Cookery Academy provides an informal, friendly, residential cookery weekend set in beautiful surroundings with accommodation and all meals included. Your accommodation will be provided in one of two houses in Fishbourne near Ryde (rooms have shared bathrooms) with plenty of parking. Arrival on a Friday with a Pot Supper for guests to meet each other and settle in and have an overview of what will be achieved over the weekend. Guest baskets are provided along with Isle of Wight Produce and Guide Books. After a D.I.Y breakfast there will be cooking for lunch which will be served at the large dining table. Free time then to explore the Island. Cooking for dinner starts about 6pm and will be three courses again to be enjoyed by all. On Sunday after a D.I.Y breakfast you will be preparing Brunch followed by a consolidation of the course with the afternoon again to enjoy the Island. (Itinerary subject to alteration).
