"The Four Seasons Cookery Academy and Red Funnel Holidays invite you to 'Spring into the Kitchen' - join us on the beautiful Isle of Wight to share the awakening of Spring - both in the breathtaking Countryside which is yours to enjoy in your spare time, and in our kitchen where we will be cooking a range of seasonal food, fresh from the Isle of Wight.. Say goodbye to winter stews and hello to lighter spring dishes such as our most delicious Spinach and Ricotta Canneloni and Piri-Piri Chicken and Chorizo Paella. Taste the first of the season's Rhubarb - amazing what you can do with this versatile fruit! Take home a basket of Island produce, as well as a jar of the Four Season's Cookery Academy's delicious Chilli Jam which I guarantee you'll enjoy making - and eating! The Four Seasons Cookery Academy provides an informal, friendly, residential cookery weekend set in beautiful surroundings with accommodation and all meals included. A time to meet new friends, see the stunning Isle of Wight and have fun learning different cookery techniques with the owner of the academy, Michele, who has hand written all the recipes for you to enjoy.
