Ticket Office winter opening

Revised ticket office opening hours apply from Sat 28 November (Southampton/East Cowes) and from Sat 5 December (Southampton/West Cowes).

Southampton Terminal 1: 0800-1800 Mon; 0800-1700 Tue-Thu; 0800-2000 Fri; 0800-1700 Sat & Sun
East Cowes: 0830-1800 Mon-Fri; 0830-1630 Sat; 0830-1900 Sun
Southampton Terminal 2: 0600-0000 (7 days)
West Cowes: 0600-2000 (7 days)

When closed, foot passenger tickets can be purchased from self-service ticket machines (where available) or onboard. Vehicle bookings can be made at check-in.
