How to Apply for a Travel Card

You are just a few mouse clicks away from opening a new Travel Card account. Although your account will be fully serviceable online you can also open an account by calling 0845 330 8898 (Mon-Fri 0830-1630 hrs).

How to setup an account

• 1. Choose a 4 digit PIN number
• 2. Add credit to your account using your debit/credit card - choose a top-up amount of £250, £500 or £1,000
• 3. Once opened; we will send your new Travel Card to your My Red Funnel address within about 5 working days.

In the meantime, you can start using your Travel Card account to make discounted vehicle bookings online. You will need to wait until you receive your Travel Card before you can purchase tickets from the Ticket Office or claim your food and beverage discount.
