Jo is the founder of Into the Blue a Sports Sponsorship and Communications Company based in Cowes. Originally from Cambridge her love of sailing eventually pulled her from the City to the South Coast of England where she met and started sailing with double Olympic gold medallist Shirley Robertson, they competed on the International Match Racing Circuit for 4 years with Sam Davies and Jo Burchell amongst others. The team were ranked number one in the world for over 12 months.
