How to buy/collect attraction tickets
Tickets may be purchased when making a vehicle or foot passenger ferry booking with Red Funnel either online or by phone (0844 844 9988).
Collecting admission tickets:
- Vehicle customers: simply present your "Confirmation/eTicket" on arrival at East Cowes check-in and your attraction ticket(s) will be printed there and then.
- Foot passengers: please go to the East Cowes ticket office on arrival and your attraction ticket(s) will be printed on presentation of your "Confirmation/eTicket".
What to give the attraction: Just hand your credit card size ticket(s) to the attraction to gain entry. Tickets are valid for the date you entered when adding the attraction to your basket.
Terms & Conditions: Attraction admission tickets can only be purchased in conjunction with a booking for a vehicle or foot passenger(s) on Red Funnel's East Cowes/Southampton route. Attraction tickets are non-refundable and must be used on the date entered. Additional charges (payable on admission) may apply to access special events and certain rides or activities. Directions: Left out of the terminal on A3057, continue on to Mountbatten Way A3024. continue on to A35, take ramp to M271 towards London/Winchester/Portsmouth/M27/Salisbury/Bournemouth. At next roundabout take 3rd exit onto M27 to London/Winchester/Portsmouth/M3. Merge on to M27. At junction 5 take A335 exit to Southamtpon/Eastleigh and then follow the large brown tourist signs to Marwell Wildlife.
