Rhythmtree - 'The Out of this World' Music Festival'
19 to 21 July 2013 - The Rhythmtree is a three-day camping festival on the Isle of Wight which brings together a diverse repertoire of music and a small festival atmosphere for those who want to discover something very different in the UK festival scene. Not afraid to surprise and intrigue, this event has developed its own unique style which is already attracting a loyal following in only its third year.
The event offers daytime and evening entertainment on three stages in a beautiful rural setting. The festival prides itself on providing a safe environment for all the family, with free car-parking and camping fields along with fully professional staging, sound, security, and general site construction. Youngsters will find lots to do in the dedicated CRB-checked children's area next to the healing area which includes our famous 'Sound Healing Dome' with the biggest gong in the world!
There are numerous market stalls selling everything from didgeridoos to hand-made jewellery and we specialise in providing a range of high quality Isle of Wight sourced food concessions. All daily workshops for Cajun dance, samba playing, African dance, drum circles and more will be free and suitable for all the family. There is a full line-up for the popular Didge Cafe with its 'up close' performances from a whole host of Rhythmtree musicians and that doesn’t include the late night DJs in the RhumbaRumBar.
