Celebrating Isle of Wight Produce!
The Red Funnel Cowes Food Shows highlight the very best in local Isle of Wight produce from organically grown tomatoes and oak smoked garlic, to freshly baked artisan bread and delicious dairy ice cream. We also showcase talented local chefs and home-cooking experts through our interactive Cookery Theatre. Our show also features a great choice of Isle of Wight Arts and Crafts so you can get some truly unique gifts.
Dates for 2014 shows
• Sunday 14 September – Harvest Festival Theme at Northwood House
• Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 December – Cowes Christmas Festival at Cowes Yacht Haven
Our September show will be a harvest special and will feature a selection of fantastic local food, drink, gifts and crafts. It's being hosted at Northwood House and a free vintage bus will be provided to take people from the Red Jet terminal to the House. The bus will operate on a shuttle service and will arrive just after the Red Jet to meet visitors.
It's a great excuse to explore Cowes and taste a selection of the finest local food and drink. We will also play host to the fantastic Cookery Theatre which showcases local culinary talent and includes some of the Island's top chefs. Michelin starred Chef Robert Thompson will be there plus we will have a barn dance, harvest crafts, an interactive beekeeping display plus samplings and tastings.

Grow your own competition
September's Food Show is a harvest special with a very special competition. We want to taste the very best home grown produce and are encouraging visitors to grow their own. Enter our competition by bringing along any fruit or veg that you've grown yourself and our judge's favourite will win a deluxe hamper full of local goodies worth £50.
Entries must be received by 10.30am on the day of the show (14 September).

The next Cowes Food Show is located at Northwood House in the heart of Cowes, just a 25 minute crossing on Red Funnel’s Red Jet from Southampton.
Northwood House is just a 5/10 minute walk from the Red Jet terminal but a free vintage bus will be provided to get visitors to and from the show.
