Isle of Wight Walking Festival Autumn Weekend
Autumn Walking Weekend TBC 2012
With more than half of the Island recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and 500 miles of well-maintained footpaths, it's no wonder the Isle of Wight is home to the UK's largest walking festival.
The autumn is the perfect time to get out and explore the countryside. Lose yourself in the beauty of the scenery as the colours change from green to gold and the ground becomes carpeted in crunchy orange leaves.
The October wakling festival offers a huge array of themed walks to choose from. Scare yourself on a ghost walk, test yourself on some steep hills, or meet that special someone on a speed dating walk, the choice is yours.
For the full choice of walks, download the offical guide - The Autumn Walking Weekend starts on page 33. Download here...
