Collecting tickets purchased from Red Funnel
Vehicle customers: simply present your "Confirmation/eTicket" on arrival at check-in and your attraction ticket(s) will be printed for you.
Foot passengers: please go to the ticket office on arrival and your attraction ticket(s) will be printed on presentation of your "Confirmation/eTicket"
What to give the attraction on arrival:
Just hand your credit card size ticket(s) to the attraction to gain entry. Tickets are valid for +/- 7 days of the date entered.
How to get there
Address: Staplers Road, Wootton, Isle of Wight, PO33 4RW
Directions: From East Cowes follow the A3021, and then take the first exit at the roundabout, turn right into Park Road. Take the third exit at the mini roundabout onto Whiterails Road, Butterfly & Fountain World is situated on the right and has its own car park.
Travel Time: 7 – 9 minutes (4 miles)

Attraction tickets are non-refundable and must be used within 7 days of the date entered above.
