Southampton Terminal 2 (for Red Jet services to West Cowes)

There are excellent public transport connections at Town Quay, Southampton with the FREE CityLink bus service linking Red Funnel's ferry terminals with Southampton Central Train Station.
Facilities at Terminal 2 include a ticket office with visitor information, a cashpoint and self-serve ticket machines that take cash or card. There's a heated waiting area with FREE WiFi and a Steam Coffee Company outlet serving a range of premium coffee's, cold drinks, delicious cakes and savouries, newspapers and magazines. Luggage trolleys and disabled assistance including wheelchairs are available and toilets are on site. There's also a parcel drop-off point for shipping small parcels to the Island.
West Cowes, Isle of Wight (for Red Jet services to Southampton)
Fountain Yard, West Cowes PO31 7AR
Buses (service 4) and taxis connect with the Red Jet service in Fountain Yard. Parking is for drop-off/pick-up only.
Facilities at West Cowes include a ticket office selling ferry tickets and rail tickets. Self-serve ticket machines take cash or card. There's a heated waiting area with FREE WiFi, visitor information and an adjacent Steam Coffee Company outlet serving a range of premium coffee's, cold drinks, delicious cakes and savouries. Vending machines are available when closed. Luggage trolleys and disabled assistance including wheelchairs are available and toilets are on site. There's also a parcel drop-off point for shipping small parcels to the Mainland.
Please note: the above facilities are not all available when the coffee outlet or the ticket office is closed in the evening. Tickets for late evening services are available from the self-serve ticket machines that take cash and cards.
