Saver, Flexible or Premium - it's all about choice!

Saver: Our lowest fares, changes are permitted, subject to an amendment fee of £5 per leg. If changing to a more expensive sailing you will also need to pay the fare difference. If the booking is cancelled up to 24hrs before departure a refund is paid minus a £20 charge, if cancelled within 24hrs no refund is due.

Flexible: Our flexible fares, changes are permitted with no amendment fee, however if travelling on a more expensive sailing you will need to pay the fare difference. If the booking is cancelled up to 24hrs before departure a refund is paid minus a £10 charge, if cancelled within 24hrs a £20 charge applies.

Premium: Offers all the benefits of Flexible but with priority loading and disembarkation, free amendments, free cancellations (full refund) and a 20% money-off food and drink voucher which can be redeemed at all Steam Coffee Company outlets.
